The Diploma of Organisational Coaching (10835NAT) Face to Face Study focuses on providing you with the framework and tools to introduce a coaching culture and also coach senior executives.
The program is based on a combination of advanced coaching tools, case studies and learning from the experience of the group.
Our Diploma program is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), incorporating the Certificate IV. The diploma is delivered in two parts: the Advanced Coaching Certificate and the Coaching Culture Certificate.
There are two study styles available for this course, a certificate online or a virtual Face to Face option.
The diploma focusses on the skills to enable you to:
- Create and sustain a coaching culture using best practice frameworks;
- Design and implement coaching programs across an organisation;
- Link the culture of coaching to corporate strategy;
- Embed the culture of coaching into documents such as job descriptions and recruitment processes;
- Validate and define the impacts and effectiveness of coaching by quantitative and qualitative measurements of return on investment;
- Design tools and programs that embed coaching in the workplace; and
- Coach individuals and teams at an advanced level
Prerequisites
From January 1, 2020, there are no prerequisites to entering the Diploma of Organisational Coaching, but the following entry requirements do apply:
- Successfully achieved a coaching qualification, for example, Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching (10535 NAT) or (10834NAT) OR
- An equivalent other coaching qualification OR
- Hold equivalent competency and be coaching at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level or above.
Having ICF ACC level coaching skills is important, because this course assumes you have those skills, and will build upon them.
Course Structure
The diploma is delivered in two parts: the Advanced Coaching Certificate and the Coaching Culture Certificate.

- Develop a coaching culture in the workplace (NAT10835001)
- Plan and implement a coaching strategy (BSBLED806)
- Evaluate workplace and business coaching programs (NAT10835003)
- Develop a workplace learning environment (BSBLED501)
- Provide leadership across the organisation (BSBMGT605)
- Design and facilitate an executive coaching program (NAT10835002)
- Facilitate change through advanced coaching models (NAT10835004)
- ELECTIVES: Manage personal work priorities and professional development (BSBWOR501)
Please note:
- Current course dates for Face to Face Studying is conducted via Zoom Calls.
- This course is delivered in English, and the assessment must be completed by the participant in English.
Duration
The time taken to complete will depend on the learner and the delivery option selected. Your enrolment fee includes 6 months of access to the materials and support to achieve your qualification. With this in mind, extensions are available at a fee of $60.00 per month. Furthermore, students tell us they allow 2-3 hours a week, over the six months. This is a realistic time frame for completion. Of course, everyone is different.

Course Outcomes

The Certificate IV is aligned with the ICF Core Competency Framework. Completion of the program enables to you go on and gain an ICF Credential.
What you will achieve:At the completion of the Diploma of Organisational Coaching (10835NAT), you will be able to:
- Directly affect and influence corporate culture and change;
- Validate and define the impacts and effectiveness of coaching by quantitative measurement;
- Identify and develop communication techniques and learning strategies appropriate to the workplace to achieve group and individual effectiveness;
- Design and implement a coaching program in the workplace; and
- Confidently coach senior business and workplace executives
The skills, information and leading technologies required to successfully coach in the workplace AND create a sustainable coaching framework are included within the Diploma.
Recognition of Prior Learning
For successful completion and accreditation of the Diploma of Organisational Coaching, you need to achieve competency in specific ‘units’ of competency. Typically this is achieved by ‘physical’ performance or by providing evidence and documentation that reflects achievement of that competency.
If you have skills and experience that meet the competencies of the Certificate IV, recognition of this learning is also potentially possible.
Direct Credit Transfer
We also enable participants to receive direct credits for applicable study previously undertaken and recognition of prior learning as applicable.

After You Enrol
Once you have paid your deposit through InspiringED, you will receive a detailed enrolment form and student handbook for your course. Following you returning a completed enrolment form, Open Door Coaching will verbally confirm your enrolment and suitability for the course. Following this, InspiringED will arrange for final payment to be made and you will then receive information electronically to begin your studies.
Assessments and Assignments
For successful completion and accreditation of the Diploma of Organisational Coaching (10835NAT), you need to achieve competency in 8 specific ‘units’ of competency including 7 core units and 1 elective.
Typically this is achieved by ‘physical’ performance or by providing evidence and documentation that reflects achievement of that competency. If you have skills and experience that meet the competencies of the Certificate IV, recognition of this learning is also potentially possible.
Assessments include:
- Completing readings and case studies on the topic of a coaching culture
- Peer coaching
- Attendance at training days (if studying face to face) or online webinars
- Practical executive coaching assignment
- Coaching culture project
- Complete answers to questions in workbooks
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to both the InspiringED.com Terms & Conditions and those of the institution delivering your course.
A $250 InspiringED.com administration fee will apply for all cancellations requested after 48 hours of your enrolment.
Open Door Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the program commencement in order to be eligible for a refund of fees payable.
- If cancellation is received in accordance with point 1, 80% of the full fees will be refunded, with the balance of 20% retained for administration charges.
- If cancellation is received less than four weeks (4) prior to the program commencement, then no refund is payable.
- Where attendance at face-to-face days is scheduled, failure to attend the program will result in the full fee being charged and no refund is applicable.
- If you are studying in an online capacity, it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled webinars or listen to the recordings. No refund is applicable once you have been issued with your User ID and password access to the online system.
- You are able to change your chosen course delivery method from online to face-to-face. The fees payable for a face-to-face course are usually higher and therefore you will be required to pay the price difference.
- Enrolments in the program are not transferrable to another participant or to other program.
