Testimonials

Taking the plunge into online study can be daunting. So, don’t just take our word for it, read these encouraging testimonials from past students on how the experience of education has had a profound impact on their life.

"The trainer is excellent. I would like to learn more about the negotiation style due to different personality but it was not possible given the training was only one day." - The Kraft Heinz Company

"It was great to have the trainer use examples from his own life, as well as always finding a way to relate it to something we would be exposed to internally in our every day work life. The practical exercises were great."

"I think the interactive components and practical work were great. We hardly touched the work books which seemed unusual but was perhaps good as we can look at them anytime. It may be useful to reinforce to the group that there is a lot of valuable information in the books and encourage participants to look at them in their own time. Derrick was clearly passionate and interested in the subject matter he was teaching!"

"It was very interactive which meant we were engaged all day. I found it useful as it was a good refresher for me, plus it made me understand what kind of negotiator I am and where my weaknesses and strengths are." - Terry White Management Pty Ltd

"I thought the fact that we didn't have to refer to PowerPoint slides was a huge benefit! This was able to engage us in discussion throughout the day. The trainer (Andrew) did a fantastic job of facilitating the session." - Australian Sports Commission
